How to Comply with the Corporate Transparency Act

Starting January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) will enforce new rules specifically designed to tackle the illegal activities associated with shell companies, such as money laundering and terrorism financing. With an estimated 33.2 million American businesses in 2023, it is predicted that over 32 million companies will be required to submit reports by the end of 2024, accounting for a staggering 96% of all businesses operating within the United States. This means that almost every business owner and entity will need to comply with the new CTA reporting requirements.
